tonieboo0013Does anyone ever wonder what I do at KFC? Here's my schedule when I'm on food prep for the closing shift :D
First, I put on my plastic apron.
This is part one of my dishes. Ryan tossed the other trays into my sink throughout the night ;__;
When my sink is drained (after two hours), it's just soggy lettuce, tangles of old gravy & mayo, and goopy pieces of chicken skin/guts. If I scrape the baked on grease off of the trays, it's even worse D:
Then I clean my sink. It fucking sparkles, man.
CLEAN DISHES. THESE TAKE TWO HOURS TO CLEAN, PEOPLE.
Then I bundle up to go into the massive walk-in freezer to count stock.
Stock.
More stock. Maybe I also mention that everything has been moved since I last did count this summer, and my fingers went numb while I was in there :|
TODAY I WORKED TWELVE HOURS. WITH NO ACTUAL BREAK, JUST A QUICK FIVE MINUTES TO SWALLOW SOME CHICKEN WHOLE. CHEWING IS FOR THE WEAK.
